Gmail Phone Ringing Setting

While using Call Phone in Gmail you can choose to set any default ring roster to control when your Gmail phone should ring and when not. These settings can also be applied on computer.

Settings for Gmail Users having Google Voice number

1. Login to Google Voice by following the link voice.google.com.

2. On page’s top Click on gear icon.

3. Now go to

5. Choose the phone where you wish to set ring schedule and press the Edit button.

6. Now simply click on link Show advanced settings.

7. Choose the option by radio button under Ring Schedule section. You can enter time limit by choosing Use custom schedule to ensure phone doesn't ring given time and day.

Settings for Gmail Users not having Google Voice number

Google Voice Lite account users can’t set custom ring rosters.

1.Login to Google Voice by following the link voice.google.com.
2. On page’s top Click on gear icon.
3. Now go to Settings.
4. Choose tab of Call Forwarding.
5. Choose the phone where you wish to set ring schedule and press the Edit button.
6. Now simply click on link Show advanced settings.
7. Choose the option by radio button under Ring Schedule section. You can enter time limit by choosing Use custom schedule to ensure phone doesn't ring given time and day.
8. On the page’s bottom click Save.

Time Zone Modification:

Time zone can also be set as per your location. For this Under Setting page you need to go to Account tab and choose time zone from the drop down menu.

While using Ring Roster, time settings will be based on selected time zone.
